In insgesamt acht Etappen mit jeweils zwei bis drei Etagen werden die Zimmer umfassend erneuert. Künftig präsentieren sie sich hell, modern und mit neuen Parkettböden.

Der Umbau erfolgt bei laufendem Betrieb der Liegenschaft. Die Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner der jeweils betroffenen Etappe werden für die Dauer der Arbeiten innerhalb der Studentlodge umplatziert.

So entsteht Schritt für Schritt ein modernes und attraktives Wohnumfeld – während das Tscharnergut weiterhin bewohnt bleibt.

Modernisation at Tscharnergut!

The rooms are being extensively renovated in a total of eight phases, each covering two to three floors. In future, they will offer a bright, modern look with new parquet flooring.

The renovation work will take place while the property remains fully operational. Residents affected by each phase will be temporarily relocated within Studentlodge for the duration of the works.

Step by step, this will create a modern and attractive living environment – while Tscharnergut continues to remain occupied throughout the renovation.
